Named Nashville's "Best Event Planner" by the 'Nashville Scene' and 'Nfocus', Amos Gott is a published and award-winning event planner and designer. He is known for imagining an occasion in its entirety – the flow, the décor, the lighting, the table settings, the sound – as he creates unforgettable occasions. In the eyes of many of his clients, his skills amount to artistry. With over 20 years experience producing and designing events across the country, Amos has grown his company, AmosEvents, into a firm with clients and exposure nationwide. Amos has a keen eye that zeroes in on the event elements that give a space character and uniqueness while meeting the overall needs of his clients and their events. It is his distinctive approach to the layout, detailed execution and personal touches that are the hallmark of the events he produces. An event planner and floral designer whose aesthetic has helped create memorable affairs for Fortune 100 companies, weddings and parties for social clientele, he has also designed several of Nashville's major non-profit galas. Feeling it's important to give back to the community, Amos serves on the boards of Nashville Ballet, HRC, and the Community Foundation's Brooks Fund. He has also volunteered with or chaired events for the American Heart Association, the Belcourt Theater, Nashville Ballet, Nashville Cares, Nashville Zoo, and the Nashville Chamber of Commerce.
