With over six years of dedicated experience in risk management, I currently lead the Risk Department at Indonesia Eximbank—a key financial institution supporting export-oriented businesses in Indonesia. My expertise spans risk analysis, portfolio planning, risk control, risk modeling, and risk advisory. My mission is to ensure the bank's risk exposure remains within acceptable limits, aligning seamlessly with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. As a pivotal member of the senior management team, I spearhead the development and implementation of robust risk management policies, procedures, and systems. I provide comprehensive risk performance reports to the board of directors and regulators. Managing a proficient team of risk analysts and officers, we meticulously monitor, measure, and report credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks associated with the bank's diverse activities and products. Additionally, I am at the forefront of Operational Risk Management, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to devise effective risk mitigation solutions and champion best practices. Passionate about applying my skills in risk and financial modeling, valuation, and banking risk management, my goal is to contribute significantly to enhancing Indonesia's export competitiveness and fostering economic growth."
