As a Food safety and Quality Manager, I engage my biosystems engineering skills and knowledge to ensure the highest standards of food safety and regulatory requirements in the Canadian food industry. I have experience in conducting risk assessments, internal audits, and product recalls and traceability, following the HACCP, GMP, and CFIA regulations and guidelines. I hold a Master of Engineering in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from the University of Manitoba, where I received the IGSES Scholarship for academic excellence. I also have certifications in Geospatial Technology for Hydrological Modelling, Advance Food Safety, Internal auditor, six sigma. I am passionate about solving complex problems, analyzing data, and training others on food safety best practices. My goal is to contribute to the innovation and sustainability of the food sector and to support regulatory requirements for the industry.
