TOGAF certified Enterprise Architect, living an Architect's dream, proudly working in close collaboration with Business and IT to assess and resolve challenges triggered by continuously evolving businesses and intelligent IT landscapes - Maximising business value through Enterprise architecture skills. Background - I've delivered business value by building strategies and successfully transform architectures to realize the organization's vision in different business units. Safeguarding organization by establishing EA practice- using stakeholder management, architecture principles, models, views and frameworks. I have also worked with many big organizations in Europe and Nordic countries to transform their businesses by choosing and implementing right technologies (SAP ECC, SAP Retail, SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft) that helped them to build modular architecture. BIO - I spent lot of time as a child and teenager in rural area of west part of India, off-the-grid and on my game-Cricket, badminton, reading and working for community services and learning lifelong skills. Today, I'm energized by jogging, cycling and walking in nature. My hunger to gain knowledge motivates me to read more, and that helps me to find great solution to hard problems. I mix ethics with actions- being Indian living in Finland and working with people from different nationalities, i have learnt that diversity and inclusion is very important for success- not only for organization, but for society too. I ensure to build diverse team and support colleagues to deliver best of their potential and guide them for future aspirations. I believe in power of collaboration - working together and value interdependency.
