As a Program Management Leader in Amazon Web Services (AWS), I bring over 20 years of IT and business management experience to one of the leading cloud computing providers in the world. I hold several credentials, including PMP, MBA, CSM, and SAFe, that demonstrate my competence and commitment to excellence in program management. My mission is to enable AWS to deliver innovative and reliable solutions to its customers across diverse domains such as software development, maps, AI/ML, eCommerce, healthcare, procurement, supply chain, retail, telecommunication, and insurance. My expertise lies in applying agile and cloud methodologies to manage complex and high-impact programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors. I excel in various aspects of program management, such as processes, audits, cost, schedule, risk, quality, resource, communication, and contract management.
