Project Management professional currently working on ultra luxury high rise residential development of 5.5 msft and prior hands on experience in health care multi speciality, Super specialty(cancer care) hospitals and mixed use projects consists of Mall and 8 high rise residential elite towers (3B+G+61F) by using automated climbing system and aluminium formwork in combination having varied experience in project co-ordination and site execution. Having ability to communicate and effectively manage stakeholders, contractors, vendors and suppliers. Job Description A. Review of the project: Weekly progress meetings with various stakeholders. To ensure that day to day monitoring and reporting of the micro level activities of the project. Tracking project through tracker, vectors to ensure milestones achievement as per construction schedule. Prepare and present weekly/monthly report, MIS presentation to the management. Delay analysis. B. Review process Review the Work orders of the contractors to make Punch list for balance activities and revision on CCD if required. C. Project Co-ordination Weekly review meeting and circulating minutes of meeting and communicate action points and follow up on the same to ensure implementation. D. Site execution Responsible for site progress on daily basis to identify the deviation and suggest remedies. To Manage multiple contractor on site to achieve target FTD and FTM.
