The best part of my job as an Engagement Manager is the fact that I get to create strong partnerships with customers and help them succeed. With my refined skill set, I bring customer-centric mindfulness that enables clients to innovate and thrive. To accomplish this, I focus on key requirements, build amazing teams and quickly adapt to new insights. I believe two of my major assets - boundless curiosity and an open mind have made it possible for me to achieve great success when engaging with customers all over the globe. Formerly in my professional life, I have enjoyed my roles in Bid Management, Client Solutions, Application Support, Product training and consulting, Requirement Analysis and Application Development. Wherein I learnt how to put the customer at the center of what I do. Over 12 years in IT has given me an opportunity to learn various aspects of technology, domain and business. And working with a team of incredible minds at Infosys always makes my job an enriching experience. My curiosity drives me to be a life-long learner. So I am always learning, reading or jotting down ideas in my book of brilliant ideas. I love moving into new cities and taking diverse roles because I never settle. I enjoy meeting new people and discuss on different perspectives.
