Background

About Amrith Babu

I currently work in Private Banking at ICICI Bank, where I manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and work closely with internal credit, operations, and compliance teams to deliver banking and investment solutions within regulatory and policy constraints.Through this role, I’ve gained first-hand exposure to how customer needs, portfolio considerations, risk controls, and operational realities come together in real-world financial decision-making inside a large regulated institution. With an engineering background and an MBA from IIM Nagpur, I’m interested in roles that sit at the intersection of business strategy, portfolio decision support, and stakeholder alignment — particularly where structured thinking, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration matter more than pure execution or sales.I’m currently focused on strengthening my understanding of portfolio performance drivers, decision frameworks, and how organisations balance growth, risk, and customer outcomes. I’m open to early-career opportunities in business strategy, transformation, decision support, or risk-adjacent teams within banks, financial institutions, or large enterprises.
