I am a trademark paralegal at RightHub AB in Stockholm, bringing extensive experience in trademark management and brand-related intellectual property. Prior to this role, I worked as a Trademarks and Brand IP Paralegal at Sandvik AB, where I contributed to global trademark portfolios. My previous position as Junior Legal Counsel at Digip AB in Stockholm further strengthened my expertise in trademark applications, office action responses, oppositions, and handling correspondence with major IP offices, including EUIPO, UKIPO, USPTO, and WIPO. I am proficient in utilizing work management software such as HubSpot, Ipendo, Monday, CPA, Patrawin, and Patricia to streamline IP processes and ensure efficient portfolio management. Academically, I hold an LL.M. in International Law and Investment Treaty Arbitration from Uppsala University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Law (Honours) from the University of Calicut. Earlier in my career, I served as a legal counsel at the Kerala High Court and gained valuable experience working at a prominent law firm in Kerala.
