The work we do nowadays is so much more than just something we get through with to pay our bills. We want to accomplish things, we want to feel like we make a difference. That’s where my interest in HR and mental wellbeing began. I have also witnessed personally how tough it can be to balance work and family, and this is now where my focus lies - in helping especially parents coping with the feelings of not being enough, feelings of guilt, and how to create balance in a constantly changing environment. I believe in a life where you can have balance between your personal needs, your family and your work. That's why I provide mental training and brainwork design where I help you identify your cognitive load factors as well as what drives and motivates you. With this knowledge and these insights we will work on creating new habits and thoughtpatterns so you can achieve those dreams of yours - whether they are related to work or your personal life. I also offer FirstBeat life assessment. It measures your heartrate variability which tells us how well you are recovering from the daily stress, and what actually triggers your recovery process. Based on the data we get I help you plan your wellbeing strategies so you work on the things that really matter, instead of the things that "feel good and accurate".
