About Amy Allen

As Health Programs Director, I oversee the operations of our Medicaid Waiver programs, CCSP and SOURCE. I provide support with all program dynamics which include but are not limited to coordination of care for program recipients, the cultivation of relationships with primary care providers, direct service providers, and the oversight of over 1800 individual service plans. I lead a team of 70 employees who are specialized in program enrollment, intake/screening, Medicaid billing, program support, case management, registered and licensed practical nursing, and quality assurance. This position has provided me with opportunities to develop and refine my communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills. I possess in-depth knowledge of CCSP and SOURCE policies and procedures and have been privileged to work alongside of the Georgia Department of Community Health in developing new policies for each program. I excel in areas of staff training, development, evaluation, and coordination. My strong attributions include team relations, project development and management, policy implementation, member, family, and employee support, as well as decision making, troubleshooting, and problem solving. I have a proven ability to develop strong, meaningful relationships with management, front line staff, and community members, all while maintaining a focus on the best interest of the programs and their recipients. My objectives include the ability to utilize my energy, skills, and experience to develop and encourage productivity while at the same time improve operations, increase profitability, and enhance growth.
