About Amy Arburn

As Executive Assistant to the Founder and CEO of 21stCentEd, I offer administrative support to the CEO and company executives, assist with delegation, identify action items, and promote general productivity across the organization. Before joining 21stCentEd, I worked in the not-for-profit sector for nearly ten years, starting as a Program Assistant at the Utah Association for Justice and ultimately ascending to the role of Director of Continuing Legal Education within the same organization. I managed multiple projects and priorities, built and maintained relationships with diverse stakeholders, and cross-collaborated to deliver quality education to our membership. I handled high priority tasks with minimal support independently, but also directed several teams, defined goals and tracked progress from inception, to execution, to final assessments. In addition to my project management skills, I’m a confident communicator, effective writer, and passionate believer in the advancement of progressive social change. I’ve committed, personally and professionally, to being a proactive anti-racist, feminist, LGBTQ+ ally, and advocate for all historically underrepresented and underserved people and communities. I donate to organizations that support human rights causes. I vote for candidates who promote racial and reproductive justice, environmental action, LGBTQ+ rights, and the integrity of our electoral process. I’ve made asks of UAJ Executives with respect to DEI, drafted a nationally recognized DEI Pledge, and led all DEI initiatives.
