Amy is an entrepreneur who successfully established and built an online floral delivery brand from scratch during a recession and sold the business during a pandemic. Energized by seriously good design and excelling in her chosen industry, she is able to bring innovative ideas and plans to the table. Equal parts creative and analytical, she faces challenges head on and blends design and data thinking to achieve results. She has taken great pride in the design and launch of three floral locations and building a brand, but also loves analyzing data and can create a mean, yet visually pleasing, complex spreadsheet. With a deep background in Merchandising and Marketing, she has always found herself focused on creating an exceptional experience for the customer. Her passion is truly standing out in a crowded marketplace with the best product, the best service and inspirational design. She has built relationships with internal teams, external vendors and agencies collaborating with all to deliver a top-notch product to the marketplace. Over the years, she has had the privilege to lend her talents to a few local companies who are at the top of their game in their industry: Room & Board, Thymes, and Bachman's (oh, and Spruce, of course!).
