I am a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health graduate with nearly 20 years of diverse professional experience. Recognized for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, implementing evidence-based interventions, and providing immediate crisis interventions, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to my clients’/patients’ health and well-being throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded established goals and I am adept at delivering quality results in diverse settings. Professional focal points include treatment plan development and implementation, community engagement, therapeutic counseling, and advocacy. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication skills, presentation skills, as well as program management, partnership development, public speaking, and problem-solving to support efficiency and maximum returns. Previous to relocating to the Boulder County area, I was a School-Based Mental Health Clinician with Youth Hope Center. In this role, I conducted comprehensive clinical assessments, developed appropriate treatment plans, and implement evidence-based clinical interventions. I also provided immediate crisis intervention services. In addition, I liaised with students, designated contacts, and staff to ensure the organization’s student support structure is fully functional to achieve optimal mental health outcomes.
