Over 30 years of experience in a dynamic customer facing role, primarily with ultra-affluent individuals, families, and their advisors. Amiable, excel at making personal connections with clients while discussing sensitive information, including personal health histories and lifestyles. Adept at reviewing internal processes and improving for efficiencies, researching and embracing technology to advance the company’s objectives, and brainstorming and discussing various appropriate techniques and actions for achieving clients’ goals. I enjoy creating interpersonal connections and I thrive on event planning and coordination. In my current role I handle Underwriting and Client Service. Having fine-tuned the framework for the current internal underwriting procedure (an ongoing process to continue to improve efficiencies), I work with our ultra-affluent clients to facilitate data collection including personal and family health histories, lifestyle information, and medical data. Once pertinent information and evidence is collected, I then package the data and present the case to insurance companies to obtain best possible rate classifications, acting as the clients' advocate and working to improve offers when needed. After policies have been issued, I continue to work with clients to service their policies, assisting with ensuring policy performance and making any changes during the life of the policy that may be warranted by a change in circumstances or estate planning goals. I hold a Florida life and health insurance license (2-15) and I am a Notary Public. I have two daughters in college and am an active volunteer for the Humane Society Naples, Make-A-Wish of SW Florida and the Naples Art Association.
