Amy is an integrator who uses her vision and understanding of systems to improve operational efficiency in the business environment. Cultivating excellent skills in needs assessment, she has consistently demonstrated an ability to identify and address critical requirements, ensuring effective solutions that meet both short-term and long-term objectives. She is known for her trustworthiness, diligence, organizational skills, and creative problem solving. She was most recently an Executive Manager at MitchCraft Tiny Homes, where she enabled the construction business to keep up with evolving regulations to ensure that strategies and practices remained compliant and up-to-date. She was instrumental in the process of MitchCraft becoming a Dealership in the State of CO. She was also able to facilitate the purchase of the business property located in a financially advantageous Growth Management Area. Both were achieved during the most difficult challenges of the COVID pandemic. Under her term at MitchCraft, she was an integral component of bringing the business into a place of organization and growth. In addition, Amy is also the owner of Earthbeat Dance, the umbrella for her Argentine Tango and Creative Dance instruction business. She has built her business as an instructor and studio owner during the past 16 years. She is a former public school teacher, with past Certifications in Life Science and K-12 Art, who began teaching 26 years ago. Amy is known for the quality of instruction she presents, her enthusiasm to help others succeed, and her intuitive collaboration with people from all walks of life.
