This has encompassed both the creation of a comprehensive safety management systems and the implementation of cutting-edge EHS policies designed to preemptively address workplace hazards. One way I achieved this at Jacuzzi was through the rollout of an EHS reporting dashboard that highlighted key performance indicators, enabling informed decision-making across all levels of the organization.
