About Amy Bock

Offering a multi-faceted foundation of wine industry experience in both the tasting room and operations, with a focus on direct to consumer systems, wine clubs and operations, while relying on excellent organizational skills and great interpersonal communication skills. A thirst for knowledge, both gathering new information and sharing with others, drives me to be tenacious and focused on continuous improvement of the people, processes, and systems around me. With a passion for process development, product management, training and change management I am able to effectively use the knowledge gained. I have the ability to work independently on multiple tasks and communicate the outcomes with decisive analysis and clear outcomes. When not at work I am still chasing knowledge through reading, or listening to podcasts for whatever topic has captured my attention. I can usually be found with headphones on, book in hand, with one of my dogs - often curled up, but also out hiking exploring the area around me. If times are tough and I need to think something through I pick up my bow and shoot for a bit, there is nothing like archery to get my thoughts ordered for my own review.
