A logistics and international trade professional for over 25 years, she has held various positions in the international trade area including trade consultant, account management, import specialist, export customer service and export traffic manager. Her work and passion are focused on compliance issues with international trade. In her current role with DSV Air & Sea, Inc, Amy is the broker qualifier, assisting with the management of post entry projects, especially for clients who need Section 232 and 301 exclusions for filing. She has been have to successfully file over $1 million worth of duty refunds for clients through protests and post-entry amendments. In past roles, Amy has been the Import Manager/Customs Broker for MIQ Logistics Washington, DC branch. She has worked with the Canadian company, Descartes System Group (formery CUSTOMS Info) as a Research Analyst, working with the Content Business department making USHTS and ECCN classifications for clients. Along with this, she provided assistance with her former company, BreemanRhodes Consulting LLC in consulting services on compliance, research, and developing process and policy procedures for growing import/export organizations.
