Hi there! my name is Amy Breitinger – and I’m obsessed with all things _that help employees enjoy their working experience and make things better for their working life. Since June of 2013 I’ve been a HR & Benefits Manager at Mansfield Plumbing Products, LLC, where I’ve focused my time on providing solutions to improve and maintain Employee Happiness. While at Mansfield Plumbing Products, LLC, my biggest accomplishment has been negotiating and implementing new insurance vendors, which most recently provided a $334k renewal savings over our previous Health & Dental vendor. We anticipate another $380k savings for the additional network discount and favorable administrative fees/arrangements with our current vendor as opposed to our previous vendors renewal offer. In addition, I was able to negotiate $160k savings for stop loss premium and secured a 3-year fee guarantee with the vendor. Working with my broker we negotiated an $20k annual wellness fund, and a 48k implementation credit, 10K credit for support of the RxDC transparency requirements, which resulted in a total savings to the company of $603k savings/credits. I worked to complete this project in less than 6 weeks for 3 different facilities/states which also included an FAQ and communication support for our employee's transition with an effective date of 1/1/2023. Prior to this role, I was at RotoSolutions a start-up facility, where I spent 6 years building programs, policies and life-time career relationships with our employees, customers and vendors. This work resulted in receiving top ratings from our employees and customers throughout my time with this company. Now, I’m looking for my next adventure.
