I am an associate product commercialization manager at TSYS, a leading global provider of payment solutions and services. With over 20 years of experience in the learning and development arena, I have honed my skills in instructional design, leadership, and needs analysis. As an issuing product sales enablement team member, I develop and deliver engaging online learning opportunities for our sales and account management teams to keep them abreast of our cloud-native solutions, industry related topics, and sales enablement tools. I use Articulate 360 and Vyond Animation software to create interactive and immersive courses that are easily digestible, retained over time, and applied by learners in their client conversations. I enjoy using different forms of technology to support the learning process and provide an engaging experience that leaves a lasting impression on the user. My goal is to help TSYS achieve its vision of being the partner of choice for the payments industry.
