About Amy Cao

I am the CMO and managing partner for Vicky Enterprises, one of the most established and successful Cuban bakeries in South Florida. We have expanded the bakery's reach across South Florida, and due to the strong demand for our authentic pastries and cakes and our business model, we now have franchise opportunities available. Together with my husband, I own three successful Vicky Bakery locations in Hialeah, Miami Lakes, and Hollywood, Florida, and run the operations. Vicky Bakery has been established for over 45 years. We have family recipes that everyone loves. The company started in 1972 when my in-laws purchased a small cafeteria. They started making their homemade pastries there. They initially met in a bakery in Cuba and married, building their dream here in Miami. We are famous for our pastries. I opened my first two bakeries in 1995, following in the family's tradition. I enjoy working directly with our customers, whether in our stores or for events. In total, we have 18 stores today and will have 20 by the end of the year. We are growing and have recently opened up franchise opportunities. My strengths are in communication, both in English and Spanish, in managing operations and leading teams.
