Learning and Development coordinator with over six years experience. Specialist in Technology Enhanced Learning (over three years). Former mixed media journalist, educated to degree level. Current L&D coordinator, focus on Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) at a mental health and community NHS Trust in Cambridge, UK. Alongside full time work, partway through a CIPD Learning and Development Practitioner apprenticeship and CIPD Foundation level 3 certificate. A day in the life: Working with subject matter experts to design meaningful learning pathways. Creating interactive blended courses; focusing on accessible eLearning content for all learners. Promoting training for behaviour change and good practice. Expert in-Designing and producing interactive learning content with Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate-LMS experience with Totara and Agylia-Video and audio editor - Premiere Elements. Graphics designer - Photoshop. Other software experience includes, InDesign, Final Cut Pro, Fireworks. Confident camera and sound operator. Currently exploring and trialling the use of Virtual Reality in training (I'm open to all hints and tips!)-Recently completed Women's Springbank programme - Cambridgeshire NHS cohort 2022-Completed Articulate 360 storyline training course on eLearning accessibility summer 2023.
