I hold multiple certifications in Change Management, Educational Leadership, DEIB, Mental Health First Aid, Strategic Communication, Inbound and Content Marketing, and three Master's degrees - an MBA, MFA, and MA in Christian Leadership. I use them all every single day. My work in schools has been marked by my heart for creating caring communities - pursuing restorative justice, inclusivity, and a maker-centered, creative, connections-based culture that fosters meaningful and truly lifelong learning. My work with Kem Meyer & Co has allowed me to walk mission-driven teams of all kinds through change adoption, strategic planning, leadership alignment, and crisis recovery. I've served as a Sr. Strategist and Fractal Marketing & Communications Executive. I have built and led teams in schools, churches, big businesses, small businesses and non-profit organizations.
