I have worked in talent acquisition across a few industries throughout my career and one thing remains the same: having the right people in the right roles will not only lead to a successful company, but also the type of company culture your employees will be excited to be a part of! My recruitment experience has lead me to look at the entire talent acquisition process from the beginning, which inspired a passion for employer branding and talent attraction through talent sourcing. I continue to learn and grow my craft through healthy curiosity, sourcing and recruiting for a Top 100 Employers organization, taking on process improvement projects within the talent acquisition space of my org, and a few LinkedIn Learnings sprinkled in!
