About Amy Clark

Many qualified applicants are actively pursuing open positions. Perhaps some of their backgrounds are similar to my own; they graduated from college, started a career, stepped away to raise a family, and are now ready to re-enter the work force. However, I possess several qualities that set me aside from all the others. I get the job done and I get it done accurately and on time. I am extremely driven and self-motivated, full of energy, and have a knack for organization and teamwork. I believe I’d be a perfect fit for a variety of Re-Entry positions in a professional environment. I graduated from Northern Illinois University in December with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. I began my career in the automotive industry, and decided to step away when I became a mother. In addition to raising a family, I have spent countless hours serving and volunteering in the Plymouth-Canton community. Most notably, I have been a Girl Scout leader for the last 13 years, and also serve as President of the Canton Boys Cross Country Booster Club and Vice President of the Canton Girls Swim and Dive Booster Club. I currently work as a Substitute Teacher in the district, and I also work as a private in-home tutor. As my own children approach college-age, I find myself ready to pick up my career where I left off and I am excited about the opportunities out there.
