In 2017, I discovered my passion for practical environmental action and finding innovative solutions to achieve sustainable outcomes at OzHarvest. Since then, I’ve worked in Australian Government policy, co-founded The Great Plastic Rescue in 2021 (a state-wide initiative to collect and recycle over 3 million single-use plastic items that were destined for landfill) and advised businesses contributing to Australia’s circular economy. My goal is to balance motherhood with projects that align with my values and purpose (and availability!) I’m a proud committee member of Women & Change, Queensland’s first giving circle.
