Experienced Professional with a demonstrated history of working in Custody Management Services and more recently in Enterprise Risk Management. In my current role I proactively perform Targeted Risk Assurance Assessments to provide senior management a clear understanding of the risks and controls, to drive increased accountability and awareness of risks, locally and globally on behalf of our business and our clients. For 15 years I provided excellent client service to our ETF clients within the custody department in State Street to ensure we achieved our business goals and client satisfaction. I drove and achieved success in improving processes and creating efficiencies, through collaboration with global teams, to reduce expenses and increase client satisfaction. Knowledgeable about ETF's, I enjoyed working with cross cultural teams to solve complex issues, failed trades, income, cash and stock breaks and proactively shared my knowledge throughout my team and department. I rolled out and successfully delivered client webex demos to help clients use self service tools to reduce query volume.
