I am a Residential Realtor servicing Palm Beach County, Florida. I am based out of Wellington, and after living in the area for 17 years, I am a great resource for area info. I absolutely love my job, and greatly enjoy helping both buyers and sellers to have the best transaction possible. Although I enjoy helping all types of clients, I have specific areas of expertise. I am extremely knowledgeable about school zones and the importance for families with school aged children to be located in their desired zones. I also work very well with individuals going through divorce, and with families that may have to help an older family member downsize or move on to assisted care. My degree in Interior Design gives me a great eye to help sellers prepare their home for the market. Sellers appreciate me as I always offer, out of my pocket, professional photos and webpages for my listings. Buyers appreciate my knowledge of the area, and patience in working together to find the perfect home. I am kind and easy to work with, but also sharp and a tough negotiator for my clients behalf.
