About Amy Craig

I'm a firm believer that growing up in the livestock industry was the best thing my parents could've ever done for me. The saying,"It's not what you know, it's who you know" has proven true time and time again. I believe the most important part of college is making friends, personal and professional. College has definitely provided me with very important knowledge and has opened my eyes to many different aspects of the livestock industry. However, college has proven to me what my strengths are and why they're important to who I am as an individual and what I have to offer to potential employers and peers. Adaptability: I enjoy living in the moment and making the most of each day, I do well in high stress situations because I've learned how to adapt to changes. Consistency: Although, I am skilled at "going with the flow", I still prefer to have a set plan and stick to it to get projects done. Relator: Being involved in FFA through high school, and growing up in a small, close knit community has allowed me to be a very personable individual. I enjoy getting to know people and building relationships with them. Input: I'm a very inquisitive person. Knowing why and how things happen, I love to read and to learn more about the world. Achiever: Whether it's a project I'm interested in or not, I still have to put my all into it and make it the best work possible. I enjoy knowing I met my goals at the end of each day.
