I love using my insurance and claims experience to tackle issues and come up with resolutions! I am an insurance professional with a varied background from claims and risk management to account management/client services on the carrier side. I bring years of experience to the table which allows me to assist internal and external clients in myriad ways. I have had great relationships with large Fortune 500 companies in industries such as home improvement retail, restaurants, hospitals, manufacturing and many more. My skills extend to analyzing data in claims systems and insuring data accuracy. My experience also includes claims management within a risk management department on the insured side with personnel supervisory responsibilities. I also understand claims from my numerous years of handling front-line claims and providing TPA oversight.
