What do I bring to work every day besides my coffee, cellphone and a smile? I bring enthusiasm for aiding others' success, whether it's my team, a new hire, or cross-functional colleagues. As a learning and development training specialist, I ensure that the L&D team can deliver quality training with a collaborative mindset. My organization, follow-through and self-sufficiency means I execute tasks efficiently. My positive, service-oriented attitude ensures that not only is the job done, but done with a smile. Although I'm newer to the corporate learning and development, I'm no stranger to facilitation and administration. I have taught in many capacities (including culinary classes.talk about multi-tasking!). Outside of work, I love acting in community theater, volunteering, and spending time with my family.
