About Amy Dodge
I am a St. Francis Xavier University graduate with a BSc Honours in biology and a minor in mathematics. I have also completed my MSc in epidemiology and applied health research where my primary research interest is in perinatal epidemiology. The focus of my research is surrounding interpregnancy weight change and perinatal outcomes, investigating causal pathways which will inform on how to best counsel and treat women in-between and during pregnancy. Currently, I am expanding on my master's thesis work as a data analyst and am a research assistant in women's and obstetric anesthesia where I am working on a project involving endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.
