About Amy Dunn

I help leaders, teams, and organizations optimize performance and impact through evidence-based training, team building, and coaching. My work is grounded in 25+ years of broad Human Resources experience and leadership of diverse, high performing teams. My consulting approach stems from my first-hand experience with the practical realities of organizations and the challenges of leadership. So, no fluff – no “flavor of the month” – and no assumptions that one size fits all. I do my best work when I am engaging as a trusted advisor and partner to my clients and their organizations. When I know your business, culture, goals, and hopes for the future, I can design programs and approaches that will resonate and achieve your desired outcomes. My core services include virtual and in-person leadership development, team building, coaching, 360-degree and style assessments, and meeting design and facilitation. My work and consulting experience spans several industries including insurance, financial services, telecommunications, professional services, and government organizations. I am a Master level facilitator of The Leadership Challenge® and a certified coach for the corresponding Leadership Practices Inventory® 360-degree assessment.
