About Amy E. Kellogg

I specialize in assisting my clients in getting the most out of their real estate. I guide my clients as they work through the real estate process whether that involves leasing, selling, acquiring or financing. My experience ranges from working with multi-national companies with large real estate portfolios to small companies with just one piece of real property. I also work with non-profit organizations with their real property and financing needs. I am the co-chair of BakerHostetler's National Real Estate Team so I can serve clients on a nationwide basis. I was the real estate lead on a $950 million acquisiton and financing which involved real estate in 38 locations in the U.S, as well as 16 locations in foreign countries including Belgium, Australia, UK and France. I handled the sale of a performing arts complex and the theater company's move to the downtown theater complex in Cleveland. In addition to handling the leasing across the country for a big box retailer, I have also provided leasing services for start up companies, as well as established manufacturing and warehouse clients.
