About Amy Evans

I am motivated by good causes that improve people’s lives and bring about real positive, long-lasting change, particularly for underserved and disadvantaged individuals and communities. Having worked in the heritage and charity sectors for a number of years, all my roles have been focused on people, creating opportunity and inclusion. Based at the National Trust, I am Project Coordinator for Nature Neighbourhoods, an innovative partnership project being delivered by the National Trust, the RSPB and WWF with funding and on the ground support from Co-op and NLCF. Through this project, we’re striving to build the capacity of 18 extraordinary community organisations across the UK who are doing brilliant things for their local people and nature. Prior to this, I was Senior Volunteering & Community Officer at the North Warwickshire portfolio of the National Trust overseeing 500+ volunteers. Beforehand, I worked at Middleton Hall & Gardens, an independent heritage site and visitor destination as Visitor Experience Manager.
