I have performed executive-level roles in supervising international education programs, B2B partnerships, customer support, grants management, human resources, and policy compliance. I am a life-long learner and seek to radically change access to education and resources, through advocacy, partnerships and technology solutions. Notable highlights of my career include the following: Directed grants management team, coordinating over $15M in US State Department grants over 2 years. Supported over 1.5K+ students annually with revenue of $2M+ from study abroad programming. Managed seven direct reports who served as frontline advisors for students, faculty and staff from hundreds of university partners. Served on the UT Austin Education Abroad Senior Leadership Team and liaised with strategic campus partners, including provosts, deans, departmental chairs, Global Risk and Safety division and other C-level execs. Created and facilitated professional development training programs for 150+ Austin Independent School District education professionals. Led event operations and coordinated artists, performers, speakers, and schedules for the Global Issues Network Conference in Lima, Peru, which hosted over 400+ attendees including international High School students, teachers, and keynote speakers. Developed Spanish language proficiency, content localization skills, adaptability, and cultural/ emotional intelligence from living and working abroad for over 14 years.
