About Amy Feldpausch

I am a personal trainer who wants to spread the importance of health and fitness to others. I am especially qualified in communication with individuals of all age groups. I have the desire to help people find their limits and break through them. I found that in myself, on how I am capable of more than I think through fitness; I want others to feel that same way. I feel inspired through strengthening oneself physically and that also adding positive affects on mental health as well. Growing up playing softball, basketball, and volleyball since I was in eight years old, has helped me develop qualities in teamwork, leadership, and having a strong support system. My family has also left great impacts on my life, the support that has been showered on me throughout my life has inspired me to bring that outpouring of support onto my clients I train as they are going through their own personal journeys. I have interests in resistance training, running, kickboxing, and yoga. The reason I love these things is because they help me let out anger, stress, anxieties, and more throughout the workouts. I have worked with a variety of clients and have adapted to working around different personalities and characteristics that can be found within individuals. I hope that throughout my career I continue to learn and grow. I plan to put my love for fitness also into my Instagram platforms to spread tips and healthy habits that are easy to follow for individuals who may feel intimidated by the industry.
