Moreover, I have delivered multiple cross-functional initiatives that impacted thousands of associates, improved store level capacity management, and eliminated tasks in store to drive revenue growth. In addition to my on-the-job experience, I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (2014), which has equipped me with a robust understanding of process improvement and the importance of data-driven decision-making.
