About Amy Fields

Formerly I worked directly with the National Sales Manager and sales executives throughout the country to book national commercial campaigns, digital campaigns across multiple platforms and well as long form programs to air on Fox5 San Diego. I also oversaw the fulfillment of all political advertising that airs on Fox5 San Diego. Previously, I was employed as Marketing Project Manager of Creatives and Web Development at the internet advertising and marketing firm Underground Elephant. My responsibilities included overseeing all creative projects and assisting the sales/production departments with all new projects and client compliance issues. Prior to this I worked at Arroyo Vista Nursing Center where I was able to increase productivity and raise overall occupancy by direct marketing, advertising and maintaining relationships with local hospitals. I help to develop new tactics for communications and marketing as part of the marketing team and was the hospitality liaison head for the facility. As my resume also notes, I was the Branding Coordinator and head of marketing for Smart Industries LLC’s primary division TECHsmart. Through that work I gained a superior understanding of how important my visionary ability to identify market needs, attention to detail and creativity, the ability to wear many hats and communication skills were to achieving success. I majored in Journalism and Media Studies at San Diego State University, which included many courses in marketing, advertising, public relations courses.
