About Amy Flicker
20 years of ultrasound experience, 14 of which were at a hospital where I imaged everything from the toes to the brain. I am currently working at a clinic that is focused mainly on breast, however I also do general, vascular. How did I get here? In fourth grade I inherited a paper route for the Star Tribune.fast forward. I attended U of M Duluth after high school solely to play women’s hockey for the Lady Bulldogs whilst aspiring to be Augusten Burroughs and become a creative writer. Having grown up in a small town I felt Duluth was still way too small so I headed to Twin Cities after sophomore year to work full-time while finishing my BA via night classes. After graduation I worked in sales for an unemployment newspaper but I couldn’t get used to my cubicle so I went back to school for ultrasound!
