Throughout my professional journey, I have consistently sought out roles that are focused on customer service. Whilst working as a Digital Service Executive, this meant balancing my regular responsibilities with the additional task of handling legal disputes. Working closely with our legal team, I analyzed each case, ensuring a thorough understanding of the facts and details involved. Through these efforts, I managed to help save the business over in potential legal costs. Overall, I have assisted with over 90 court cases which has allowed me to develop strong analytical and problem solving skills. I possess a diverse skill set and a passion for Art and Design that has fueled my drive to create and sell art through my own small business. I invested countless hours into practicing my skills, experimenting with different styles and techniques, and understanding the market and trends in the art world.
