About Amy Fuller

I’m a board-certified health coach, yoga teacher, and mindful eating program facilitator, with over 20 years of experience in the health field. I enjoy helping people achieve sustainable habit changes, taking small steps at a time to improve their health over the long run. I teach people to not overthink or obsess over their diet, and help them overcome mindsets and limiting beliefs that are keeping them stuck. I have experience with motivational interviewing, and other modalities that emphasize clients' autonomy, positive psychology, as well as individual strengths and values. In addition to providing workshops and consulting for my own clients, I have worked as an intuitive-eating coach, taught stress-reduction to hospital weight-loss patients, designed weight loss programs for healthcare providers, and provided support for corporate wellness programs. Certified by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), I am also a registered yoga teacher (RYT). I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and have a degree in health education from Virginia Tech University.
