About Amy Gallup

Passionate about driving people-centric progress, optimizing organizational processes, and achieving efficiency, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement. Currently working towards obtaining my PMP certification, I bring a unique blend of skills and experiences to effectively manage projects and deliver exceptional results. In my previous role, I played a key role in enhancing self-service options through successful launches of chatbot, textbot, and Support Center initiatives. These solutions have proven invaluable to the department I collaborated with, enabling streamlined customer support and improved user experiences. Additionally, I successfully coordinated the migration of systems, leading to a comprehensive omnichannel experience. This strategic move resulted in increased operational efficiency and a reduction in headcount, further solidifying the organization's commitment to excellence.
