I have extensive experience in building and managing complex operational structures within the healthcare industry that spans 20+ years and includes leadership roles at leading healthcare providers including Ascension St. John and St. Francis Health Systems. In my role as chief administrative officer, I am responsible for all operational functions in GRAND’s 12 northeastern and north central Oklahoma counties. This includes ensuring consistent services provided throughout the GRAND service area, increasing the number of clients receiving services, increasing and expanding programming, and optimizing processes and resources to ensure best-in-class client care. With a master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, my business acumen plays a vital role in driving GRAND’s growth and prosperity.
