About Amy Glisson

I have been a practitioner in the health and wellness field for more than 8 years. I believe in total mind and body fitness and have a true passion for helping people to be the healthiest versions of themselves, in all facets of their life. I have created custom fitness and nutrition plans for clients of all ages and abilities and have experience working with special populations, including Parkinson’s, diabetes, etc.I love helping people understand the importance of creating a personalized mindset and plan that will lead to a healthy lifestyle. I believe everyone is on their own journey to wellness and it is not a one-size fits all plan. I create custom plans that will empower healthy behaviors and provide the support and accountability to help each client achieve their wellness goals. I spent many years in a corporate setting and recall the stress and unhealthy habits I formed because there was not a culture of holistic wellbeing within the corporations of my employment. I have developed a passion for corporate wellness to help companies develop and implement employee wellbeing initiatives that meet the needs of the whole person. Healthy employees are happier and more productive employees.
