Much of my work centres around how people experience themselves in relationships.Some people spend a lot of time trying to get relationships “right”. Replaying conversations, noticing small shifts in someone’s tone or mood, feeling responsible for keeping things smooth or making sure everyone else is okay. Over time, this can become emotionally exhausting even for people who are thoughtful, capable and seem to have things together on the outside.In my counselling practice, I work with women who want to untangle the patterns that show up in relationships, starting with the relationship they have with themselves.My approach is relational and integrative, rooted in Person-Centred therapy and informed by attachment, humanistic and trauma-aware perspectives. My work is less about fixing people and more about creating a space where they can understand themselves more clearly and begin relating in ways that feel more grounded and authentic.Alongside my private practice, I also teach Level 2 Counselling Skills, supporting students as they begin developing counselling awareness, reflective practice and relational understanding.
