I have worked with startups to global organisations, both locally and internationally. I have a proven track record of conducting interviews, providing coaching services, sourcing and selecting top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. For the past 6+ years, I have worked in the workers’ compensation industry, assisting with transitions and support. I collaborate with our clients to align with their strategic goals, build partnerships, and enhance service offerings. Further, I am passionate about training our new starters, upskilling team members, and leading projects to improve company efficiency and service quality.
