Amy joined the Carlyle team on the graduate programme of 2021 as a Research Assistant. She has since taken on the role of Researcher, providing support to the team on a wide-range of Searches by collating market intelligence and statistics, producing detailed reports throughout searches and mapping assignments for clients. Amy works alongside the Principals and Partners to deliver a range of Searches across our Executive Search, Interim and Board & Advisory practices. Carlyle was founded in 2002; and over the last two decades, the Carlyle team have built a reputation for excellence in Executive Search. We have extensive experience of partnering with business leaders to help them build their leadership capability and gain the specialist expertise required to achieve successful business outcomes and build teams that allow them to thrive.
