Currently I am the Qld Regional Operations, Development and Training Manager for Hairhouse Warehouse Retail stores. I lead 16 stores, 30 mangers,10 franchisees and 5 company salons. Throughout my store visits, my objective is to develop the franchisees and managers to maximize their professional growth to be the best they can possibly be. I set and nurture positive team cultures, and focus on exceptional world class customer service. I closely monitor everything at store level that is required for the business to make money. If the store isn’t reaching their benchmarks, I conduct observations, I look at the KPI’s and achievements, and find opportunity for growth and development. I then develop and deliver energetic, fun, hands on training sessions, with role plays, games etc. In turn, this leads to achieving goals targets and happy loyal customers and teams members. Until recently I owned Cadillac Barbie, Brisbane’s alternative hairdressing hub. I created this salon from the ground up, with a niche market in mind. I successfully branded Cadillac Barbie, an outlet for highly creative stylists and colourists, with a clientele that appreciates high fashion colour and cutting edge design. I have successfully marketed so that our clients ‘expect’ a Cadillac Hairstyle. Avant Garde and all variants, is what they do expect and being guided by their exceptional hairdresser is part of the experience. I am the perfect sales build trust, relationships and friendships. This in turn allows me to sell anything and train my teams in stores to do the same. Previous to Cadillac Barbie I was the Technical Training Area Manager for a small group of salons located in Aspley, Toowoomba and two Brisbane city stores. As Area Trainer, I trained more than twenty technicians at the salon locations. And that’s My Professional life wrapped up!
